UniMe - Identity Wallet

No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or process any personal information through the UniMe Wallet application. All identity data remains solely on your device or within the storage option you choose. We do not have access to your data and do not process or retain any information about your activities.

You are in complete control of your data. You choose if, when, and with whom to share any information. Any data sharing is initiated and managed solely by you and occurs directly between you and the designated party. Impierce Technologies B.V. does not access, track, or have insight into your identity or activity.

Third-Party Data Collection: Be aware that third-party platforms like Apple App Store or Google Play Store may collect data related to app performance, usage, and device information independently of Impierce Technologies B.V.

We encourage you to review and adjust your privacy settings on your devices and within these third-party services to control the information they collect.

Website Interactions (Contact and Inquiry Data)

Minimal Data Collection: We collect minimal personal data necessary to to respond to your inquiry, provide support, such as:

  • Anonymous Usage Analysis: We use anonymized website analytics to aggregate and analyze non-personal usage data solely for the purpose of improving the performance and content of this website.


UniTrust - Identity Trust Platform

When your organization contracts with us to use the UniTrust Platform, we collect minimal personal data necessary for account management, security, and billing:

Authorized User Account Data: We collect the names, email addresses, job titles, and contact numbers of individuals (e.g., administrators, key contacts) authorized by the client organization to access and manage the UniTrust platform. This data is collected to provide access, technical support, and critical service notifications.

Data Processing Relationship: Data processed within the UniTrust platform by your organization is governed by the deployment model:

Software as a Service (SaaS): Impierce Technologies B.V. acts strictly as a Data Processor on your organization's behalf. This processing is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

This commitment includes securing data using encryption-at-rest and encryption-in-transit, enforcing access control policies, and utilizing a security-by-design approach that incorporates monitoring and security assessments from trusted partners. For organizations using our cloud-based services, measures are detailed in a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).


6. International Data Transfers

As we do not collect or store personal data through the UniMe application, no data is transmitted or shared across international borders unless initiated by you.

For our website's contact data and cloud-based services (UniTrust SaaS), any transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) by Impierce Technologies B.V. or its authorized sub-processors shall only take place in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR (e.g., through adequacy decisions or the use of Standard Contractual Clauses [SCCs]) to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.


7 User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your devices and any credentials or login details used to access our Services. This includes the security of the UniMe Wallet on your personal device and the authorized user accounts for the UniTrust Platform. Impierce Technologies B.V. is not liable for any loss or compromise of your data due to your failure to secure your device or login credentials.
