It doesn’t collect your data, respects your privacy, and lets you decide if, when, with whom, and what information you store or share. You are the sole holder of your identity data, and you decide when to share it. With this control comes the responsibility for managing and protecting your wallet.
We don't store nor can access your data, so any data loss caused by losing your device or access to the app is alsoyours to manage. With great power comes great responsibility.

Acceptance of Terms
Thank you for choosing UniMe, an Identity Wallet (mobile application) developed and maintained by Impierce Technologies B.V. ("we," "us," or "our").
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UniMe mobile application (the "Service"), whether downloaded from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other platform.
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Definitions
The term Service refers to the UniMe Identity Wallet mobile application and includes any features, content, or services provided within it. User Data means any data, credentials, or information that you store or share using the Service. The term Device refers to the mobile phone or hardware on which the UniMe app is installed and used.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your device and any credentials stored within the Service, and for ensuring that any information you store or share using the Service is accurate and up-to-date. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Impierce Technologies B.V. is not liable for any data loss due to device loss or unauthorized access.
Data Ownership and Privacy
UniMe is built to give you full control over your data. We do not have access to the information stored in your wallet. You are in complete control of your data. You choose if, when, and with whom to share any information. Any data sharing is initiated and managed solely by you and occurs directly between you and a third-party. We cannot access, track, or have insight into your identity, data or activity.
We employ robust security measures within the application to protect your data. However, the ultimate protection of your data also depends on you maintaining the overall security of your device, for example by using a strong password and not installing software from untrusted sources.
Data Visibility by App Platforms
When you download or use UniMe through an official App Store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, the platform may collect limited technical and usage data. This can include details like your device type, app installation or crash events, and the region or language settings of your device. This information is collected under the App Store's own policies. Impierce does not collect any additional usage data from the device itself.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in UniMe and related materials are owned by Impierce Technologies B.V. or our licensors. UniMe is provided under an Apache 2.0 license, which means you can use, modify, and distribute the software code as long as you comply with the terms of that license. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems, disrupt or interfere with the performance or security of the Service, or use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
Third-Party Services
Our Service may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. These platforms are not controlled or operated by us, and we do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content, actions, or data practices. Any services or interactions you choose to engage in with third-party providers are at your own risk and are subject to their own terms and policies. We recommend reviewing those carefully before proceeding.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free use of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impierce Technologies B.V. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service; any conduct, content, or errors of third parties; any services, content, or actions of third-party platforms accessed through the Service; or any content obtained from or through the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Impierce Technologies B.V. and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Modifications to the Terms of Use
We may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. You can always view the most current version within the app settings. Significant changes will be communicated through an in-app notification or an update to the application itself. By continuing to use UniMe after an update, you agree to the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
Severability
If any part of these Terms of Use is found invalid, the rest will remain in full force.
Language
These terms are available in-app in multiple languages. In case of any conflict or discrepancy, the English version prevails.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Impierce Technologies B.V. regarding the use of UniMe.
